that this is on the battery <-> delicate electronics side. I believe that there's some charger <-> battery regulation too, mostly to prevent overcharging and the like, but it probably doesn't have much tolerance of the charger output. (* For something obvious, my last post still managed to miss it. I guess I need more sleep...)
