in a high profile case that is investigated 15 years after the fact would be purely for political gain? Would the same rules apply in that case?

A probe is NOT a court case. It is a PROBE to see if there is any reason to continue investigation. Nothing more. No accusations etc. just fact finding.

I never said that politics was not involved, in any situation like this politics will always have to be factored in.

On the "child" comment. I do not appreciate demeaning remarks such as that. You would not like it if I talked down to you so please give me the same courtesy and do the same.

That being said, have a good weekend and I will see you all monday!
