for them to actually address the fetus-eating issue in any reasonably neutral way - by pointing out the doctor is a vegetarian. And if one doesn't eat meat, why would one ever eat a fetus?

Of course, I'm sure most people wouldn't read that far, particularly because it's not the best written report out there. Ah, well, clearly I shouldn't complain about someone else's writing style today!
