administrations felt that there was NO NEED to investigate. It has become POLITICALLY EXPEDIENT to demonize the husband, now that the autopsy has shown him to have been right.
2) The evidence in he autopsy has shown that the actions of Governor Bush (and later of President Bush) were wrong. He is now trying to deflect the criticism he deserves by bringing up a red herring.
3) If there was no need -then- to investigate, the issue is "why is Bush demanding action now?".
Point:
Without oxygen flow to the brain, you have 4 to 6 minutes before irreversable brain damage occurs.
Without CPR being performed, at 15 minutes, the irreversable brain damage is usually fatal.
At 40 minutes,(as the alleged minimum time frame of the "delay" is set at), the person is irretreivably dead. Gone. Zero chance of resuscitation, even to a vegetative state. The only exceptions are occasionally children in cold water, in which the mammalian diving reflex is triggered... rare but does happen. Schaivo was at no time immersed in freezing water.
Any person who can give accurate timelines for actions and responses done when involved in a life-threatening emergency situation has a special name - PRIME SUSPECT. Inaccuracy is expected. |
