Jeb says he's not accusing Michael of anything, so there is not application of that statute.

Otherwise, I think it depends on the crime. For murder, for instance, there is no limitation. Even if you're caught 50 years later, you can still be legally prosecuted. I think murder is the only crime without a limitation, but I'm not positive.

For crimes that do have statutes, again, it varies. But I think the longest one is seven years.
