I've been staring at this too long - I'm sure it's something simple but right now my mind is mush.

It works fine in Firefox but the evil that is IE is what is causing me problems, despite differing z-index values the content of the div that is supposed to be behind my popped up div is showing through.

Code is here. Stick your pointer over the 1 beneath the 9 and you'll see the 1 in the second set of stats show through. This is driving me batty! Super-tasty make-believe cookie for anyone who can help me here...
