like 110 and 120 or so, yeah.

but, this was with me being 35-40lbs overweight and getting almost literally NO physical exercise that I didn't absolutely HAVE to get - i.e., walking and lifting heavy stuff at work was occurring, but only at work, and not for long enough to do any real good.

also, BP was *just* this side of pre-hypertension. Now it's down to *just* this side of normal, and I expect that it will continue to go down as I exercise more and lose the rest of the weight I want to lose.
