description to be able to request a review of a case? It is just that a request, it is up to the prosecuting attourney/D.A. to take it any further. If the prosecutors look at the information and find no basis to reopen the case then it goes no further. Again, I will agree that if he FORCES them to investigate past that point I will declare it a Witch hunt and agree it is for political gain. Until then, with the information we have at hand, I can not in good faith say that.

If the legal system did not work like that then many cases where someone was wrongfully imprisioned or that got away with a crime would never be charged when something came up that prompted a reinvestigation many years later. So far all I see is someone asking, within the bounds of his job, for someone to see if it warrants further investigation. Give it a few weeks and if he makes them go beyond that I will agree with you and say it here. Until then, we will have to wait and see how it unfolds. Time will tell...
