Obviously the prosecutor's office is aware of this case. And did not see any reason to investigate further after reviewing what facts they had. Until Jeb asked them to.

How many times do you have to be hit over the head with the fact that Jeb stepped in where he shouldn't, before you admit that he overstepped his ethical bounds and abused his authority as governor?
