But they have to rule out any possibility	by classic_jon	2005-06-17 10:58:14
that 911 had problems before he can move forward with that. I.E. if the 911 line was busy at that time then the husband has an out. If it wasn't then they have cause to investigate him for failing to render aid etc. It is all about probable cause. No matter how you look at it the 911 unit is going to get investigated.
