Trying to figure out if I should cash it or what....thought it was one of those "gimmick" checks that would sign you up for something :) I loved the bank while I was in the Military - because they refunded the first ten (per month) ATM charges that you received (still do actually). Always nice since I was never near a USAA bank machine.
