Could someone go to http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx and tell me whether you can look at the newsgroups? When I click English->Servers - Windows Management->SMS->SMS Admin (or any other path like that), I get a screen telling me that the site is temporarily down. That's if I go to it from my production domain. It works fine from my test domain. And my test domain is locked down tighter than a penny-pincher's a3, while my production domain is, well, not that tight.
