You'll be able to do the OSPF portion on them, but not BGP. I had more trouble with switching anyway so I'd look into getting a couple of 35xx's if you can. Even 29xx's in a pinch, and maybe an old 4003. Strangely though, and I don't know if it was the fact that I studied more or what, but switching is my strong suit now.
