cause with my understanding of PPTP and VPN, it's all one protocol, such that your ISP wouldn't know the difference between outlook over VPN or web browsing over VPN or file moving over VPN. Then again, I'm not all that up to speed on such things, but I'm just not sure how it could be one application over vpn not working vs all the others.
