If you can get the computer to boot with a second (PCI?) VGA card as the primary display, you can at least see what happens. I'm not sure though if the flash util will find the (now secondary) WinFast card to flash it...

Alternatively, if
1. the BIOS chip is seated in a socket (as opposed to soldered directly on the board)
2. the new BIOS content is distributed as a seperate file (and not in the flash executable itself)

you could try to find an electronics professional (or serious hobbyist) who has programming equipment for that chip. I know the programming device from our faculty of electrical engineering has rescued many students from the consequences of a failed BIOS update :)
