Since you haven't bought the parts yet..
Use an old 10GB disk that you have lying around somewhere (Or buy a really really fast one with loads of cache!) for your OS partitions..

HD1 partition list
1. Linux Boot
2. Linux Swap
3. Linux Std
4. Windows

Then, you buy a HUUUUGE disk for the common data..

HD2 partition list
1. NTFS
