The Optio S5n is another one I'm looking at. It's very similar to the S5i EXCEPT: no viewfinder! Just an LCD screen (which is admitably quite big, but still...) I've done some googling, and most people indicate that battery life is still very good. But some complain about not being able to see the screen very well in bright sunlight... BUT it comes with a free 256mb card if I buy it at the airport, where I saw it earlier today. goes to price 256mb SD cards
