in that it contains way more `features' than any user needs or wants. As a result there is loss in productivity while trying to find the features that you do want (and trust me, at UF we know all about lost productivity)

As for your specific example. Take public nudity, who does it harm? Really? Yet it is generaly considered bad in most modern cultures.

another woudl be the cloning Issues, who does it harm? yet there is strong debates (which we won't get into here - PLEASE - ) saying that it is a bad idea.
