I seem to remember a debate in high school	by PsychoI3oy	2005-05-17 21:40:19
on the Enterprize (D, because TNG was still on) vs a Star Destroyer. SD beats E hands down in size, but loses ultimately in weapons. I mean, blasters and the huge cannons on the star destroyers are just light! The Enterprize's sheilds would have shirked that off without even flinching. A couple of photon torpedos into the bridge and a nice phaser slice across the main reactor and that Star Destroyer would be wishing it'd only gone up against an X wing squadron. At least that's how I think the debate came out, it was ... at least 6 years ago.
