Some days I'd be tempted to step down from my position here if it weren't for the fact that it would make some people happy who I don't care to make happy.

How's that for completely f'd up?

Illiad recently said I was thick-skinned about this place after so many years. Yeah, I am. The disappointing result of some situations still gets to me though.

FWIW, I wish people who think a certain thing sometimes would have the chutzpah to say it to my (virtual) face.
