(Assuming it's a *good* 350W power supply and can actually put-out)

But - because of the removable thing... I would think it safer to get at least 400 or 500W going on - the startup of HDDs is not an insignificant hit... 'course, it's not much worse than bringing 'em out of sleep-mode either.
