The first link he/she provided is, admittedly, pretty poor. Some of the other links do a better job in pointing out how the evolution theory currently has some holes in it...

There is NO explanation of how the first replicating organism ever came about. The jump from non-life to life isn't addressed at all by evolution, and therefore needs something to explain it.

The fossil data isn't complete enough to prove that all the intermediate stages along the path of evolution were tread. That doesn't disprove the theory of evolution (it may just be that most of the fossil evidence has been destroyed). But it does bring up the point of teaching a theory who's supporting data isn't complete enough to have proven it.
