I was interested because I provide user support for a university department. I believe access should be restricted to individuals with accounts and training, that means I need to be able to provide accounts and training within 1 or 2 days. Users should not install any software. We need to know the software has been properly purchased. I hope that none of our users feel that is unfair. Our biggest usability issue is lack of funding. (Average computer 300 MHz 64 MB ram)
