bar, and each orders a pint. The Englishman finds a fly in his beer --- he turns faintly green, and staggers away in dismay. The Irishman finds a fly in his beer as well. He smiles, declaims "Dinner!" and washes the fly down with a hearty swallow. The Scotsman finds yet another fly (surprise, surprise). He fishes it out of the beer, holds it above the glass, and screams, "Spit it back! Spit it back!" Disclaimer: My mother's side are all Scottish teetotallers.
