$6 an hour is only good for the first 500 hours, which at full time is a year of work. There is NO ONE who has a family that will be receiving this wage, unless its some teenagers who got knocked up.
To bring up $6 and familys is bull.
$8 well $8 isn't even enough to live on, but it is the second highest minimum wage in Canada, so thats pretty generious, and most companies pay more then that. If you have any form of skills, you won't be getting $8, and if you have any experince you won't be getting $8. |
