TheRaven got disabled for several things and it was a long time building up. Polarkitten got disabled for drama-queening about it, and it that thread OzanBABA posted. He was insulting, but it also seemed to be true that he was expected to not post under another name while disabled. Posting under another name seems previously to have been allowable only for purposes of publicly apologizing. There have been other posts where it was said that a disabled user had to satisfy the Mods that s/he was able to rejoin the community. It was my impression that continuing to post after being disabled was the best way to get site-banned, preventing one from even reading the site.
