His post (and I seriously doubt that he is intending that the sticker should actually be required) is obviously a joking reversal of what is happening to biology texts. Perhaps instead of being offended you should pause to reflect on why you are so offended to see the shoe on the other foot. (Although, as mentioned, the shoe isn't on the other foot. Nobody is seriously suggesting that such a sticker be used.)
