Extended thumb safety... by Scragman 2005-05-17 08:45:54
I would like to get an extended thumb safety for my 1911A1, but I'm not sure what vendor sells one that is easy to install. I'd like to get something that is a 'drop in' type as gunsmiths in my area are few and far between. The stock safety works fine, but I would just prefer to have a larger contact area than what I have now. Thanks in advance.
