people have been officially warned about this in the past, this is why so many of us responded as we did. Could we have a ruling on this, and might it be placed in the FAQ? As well as definitions for disablement, banning, and the like, and exactly what the terms mean practically speaking? A lot of us are under the impression that disablement means a person is not to post, not just an account, and than changing names to continue posting is a banning offense.
