Good that it got sorted out. I was aware of the difference between banning and disabling. > In the case that someone is disabled for their bad behaviour and they come back as a different username and continue that bad behaviour This is the point I was referring to with just coming back to post with another nick being against the rules. But as I said, I've had a bit too strict interpretation of the rules.
