| <setup>In Alberta we have a very large construction industry (basicly everyone who is not in the oil industry)
A construction crew boss walks into the employment office and says to the worker there, "I need some boys to shingle a roof"
the worker asks how many peopel he needs, the boss thinks for a moment as says, "If they'er German I can do with four, it they're Italian I'll need six"
Checking his files the worker asks."How many blacks will it take to shingle a roof?"
"Well", says the Crew boss, "I suppose that depends on how thin you slice them"
