I certainly have no problem with the theory. It is a strong theory, after all. To me it doesn't contradict the bible, and it is an appropriate use of our God-given intellect to work out how God created the earth. The Bible is short on detail in that respect. My point about Bellator's post was that it was deliberately provocative, and was an unreasoning attack not on Christians (who frequently deserve it) but on the very centre of our faith.
