"Students learning how to dance can wear these special shoes, which will stimulate their muscles when their dance teacher moves her legs."
And presumably their legs will start moving at random then? (Some of you at least have probably seen what happens when you electrically stimulate a muscle.) Sorry, but if I was trying to learn to dance, I don't think random electrical stimulation of my leg muscles would be much of a help...
But even if it's not random, there still might be issues. When the teacher's weight is on hir left foot, and s/he moves hir right foot, in theory, your right foot would also move. But if your weight happened to be on your right foot at the time, you'll shortly be falling over.
(Or maybe I just don't get what they're suggesting? Could be.) |
