They DO, technically have access to the systems in the room with the marketing droids...

The marketing droids have control of the Über Systems on OC-768 lines, and the Admin is stuck using a *150baud joystick-port-mounted accoustic-coupler modem attacked to a NON-upgraded Commodore PET*...
Now for the cruel part...
It's on a 150' length of un-boosted POTS cable, over an already twitchy-faulty line, with a derranged monkey who enjoys wiggling the plugs to see the sparks fly...
With a power supply that keeps browning out...
And the terminal program is ONLY available on Datasette.
Which has to be reloaded each time the power makes the system puke...
