Ooh... my ISP's recently instituted a new off-peak usage meter. During the hours of 9am->2am, downloads are counted towards my 12Gb cap. During the hours of 2am->9am, downloads are counted towards an entirely SEPARATE 24gb off-peak cap. Any suggestions on how to utilise it?
