Ok I'm getting bored and anxious. by XndeX 2005-05-16 18:40:05
I have recently downloaded mandrake LE2005 dvd edition.
I like it but I dislike it.
Unless your a club member you don't get drivers for nvidia.
So here is my quandry and asking for help.
I can install Redhat SuSE and Mandrake with little or no problem.
But I'm learning that I do not like these.
I have tried Gentoo with some success but mostly failure (most on my part)
Is their any distro that is kinda inbetween ???
I've looked into ark linux and ubuntu.
I'm not trying to start a distro war or anything.
I 'm trying to find a version that is kinda easy to install.
But one that has not been teletubied to death.
