sopping up gravy with bread is disgusting I might pay attention.
So far the people who've cared about it have only been able to muster emotionalisms and false logic, neither of which have done anything to convince me that mixing clean food with clean food results in anything other than clean food. If watching someone do so grosses them out then these people need to spend at least a day cleaning up animal waste.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound like I'm jumping on you. It's just that I've got a twitch response to people who have a twitch response to bread-in-the-gravy situations.
To answer the question, then: I want to gross out my dining companions and other patrons only to the degree that they feel grossed out by my eating habits.
Stick a fork in me, I'm done.
