No (don't pick out a roll at a fancy place like that, then tear it up and mix with salad; very poor etiquette) Yes (would be somewhat or very peculiar, depending on the person I'm with) Yes (bothers me - if I was at that kind of restaurant, it would usually have some level of 'trying-to-impress-someone' associated with the meal; that kind of action reflects poorly upon both the individual and their company, in this case, me)
