...provided that the other guy is wearing that new "cardboard body armor" stuff. ;) Even if it was Teflon coated, I don't think a .22 round can go through ballistic nylon armor, let alone modern Kevlar body armor. It's a matter of momentum. What about a needle in a .22 cal sabot? If it was sharp enough, it may be able to slip between the kevlar weave...
