Apparently he managed to grab a hold of one, while the other made his getaway. The one caught pulled a knife on the owner and was rewarded with a stomping so bad that he was hospitalized for weeks with multiple fractures. The truck owner was an oil rigger and was built like an Abrams tank.
The parents of the angelic "kid" who got stomped tried to press charges against the truck owner, and in a rare instance of justice winning out, Crown counsel warned the parents that not only were the charges going to be ignored, but if they tried suing in civil court he'd land on them like a ton of bricks.
