password will get you terminated immediately. I've heard of Fleet Bank for example conducting random checks of offices for passwords laying around (under keyboard, mousepad, common places) and sending people out the door that day for having done it.

This sort of gestapo security paired with password changes could work? I know I'd rather have security-minded people in charge of my banking than a lax group of people that just keep a chart on the wall.
