Help with MS Exchange 2000 needed again by romandas 2005-05-16 11:06:51
Same issue as before: There is an email that continually gets resent every Monday from this one user (let's call him Mark, shall we?) that is sent out to approximately 50 different people. This message was initially sent out on the 25th of April, and has since been resent every Monday.

I've looked all through his Outlook profile (on his laptop), but can not seem to find any scheduled messages or reminders that would cause such a thing. I kept him from turning on his computer and found that the message still went out this morning, at 2:06 AM. I used message tracking to show that indeed, it did go out from our server, but beyond that, I can not seem to find where the message is sitting.

I really would like to stop this from continuing, but can't seem to find a way to actually delete the message. Can anyone walk me through a couple things to troubleshoot? I've thought that he might have logged into a different box to send it, but he claims over and over that he sent it from his laptop while he was camping one day (the message waited in the Outbox until he connected to work).

Any help would be very appreciated.
