Ever since I set a mail account up for my father, he's had his mail addy on his business card under the phone numbers like this: 
Tel:   1234567
Fax:   2345678
eMail: father@mydomain.de
A few weeks ago I started to get mail for him in my catch all account. The recipient's address was 
eMail: father@mydomain.de
So, do those people type "tel:" too before the phone number? o.O
