| Though the old saying goes "No man is an athiest in a foxhole", it is extremely disturbing to me that a certain religous movement (and it happens to be the hard right Christians right now, I'd be equally disturbed if it was Hasidic Jews or Shaolin Monks)is so emboldened by the present administration that they're resulting to bully boy tactics. Although, I must confess, I attended more than one mandatory prayer service in the Army under Clinton, and every Battallion sized or larger activity always starts with a prayer and a blessing. So it doesn't seem that far-fetched to me, it may be that it's just now making the news. |
