Down below, I posted the DHTML photo album template that I'm working on. I think I've now got most of the bugs worked out, and added a script to vertically center arbitrary text within a container.

Here is the template, applied to horizontal and vertical pictures. Your comments and feedback will be appreciated.

Note that the links are still all broken. It is known to render acceptably in Firefox 1.0.3, Opera 7.54, and MSIE 6.0 at 1280x1024. It is known not to work on Konqueror 3.1.4. It overflows horizontally and vertically at 800x600 (but who runs at that resolution these days, anyway?). Does anyone have Safari lying around?
