With all the horrible stuff that has been happenieng lately (Jessica Lunsford, and other young children getting kidnapped, sexually abused and killed and threats of stalkers) I am not surprised that people are a little on edge. I'm pretty sure you are a great person, but people are very distrustful nowadays, because there have been people who seem to be saints (priests who molest children, kids who look like the kids next door shooting up schools) yet suddenly turned into psycho's or have always been that way and never told anyone. Don't let this get to you. You know who you are and I am pretty sure there are people in that church who know you as a good person, like that friend you were looking for and eventually people will see that about you.
