on the parts of many recruiters. threatening people unjustly with things like lawsuits and one guy was told by his recruiter that he could go to jail for not following through with his recruitment when in actuality you can wait up untll they swear you in at the enlistment center to back out. some recruiters have been helping kids get fake diplomas and other documents.
