The dean of Instructors and ask if that is proper for a teacher to be behaving in that manner. Make sure to get several days recordings first and be ready to leave the class or similar if necessary. My dad was a Dean/Teacher at one time and suggested that to me at one college I went to. The instructor was "let go" at the end of that semester.
