The woman who told me that she wanted the Outlook upgrade that would tell her if people had read the emails she sent. She said that what she had now would only tell her if they had opened them, not if they had read them. Or . . . The woman who wanted her desk moved and rearranged because it strained her to look at her monitor. I moved her monitor over a bit and asked how that was. "Oh . . . yeah, that'll work."
