I don't recall if i ever posted it or not

Caller: "yeah, huuuu I just received your kit but my internet is not working

Me: "OK, what lights are on you modem"

Caller: "what's a modem?"

Me: "the box we sent you"

Caller: "I don't see any lights"

Me: "They should be in the front of the box, what collor is the box?"

Caller: "Blue with white clouds"

Me: " Oh thats the package we sent, but the modem that was inside?"

Caller "I don't know, I haven't opened the box yet"
